Assisted with student recruitment efforts and served as an ambassador at recruitment functions. Revised the student recruitment policy and drafted the Janet’s Law policy for school.

Commencing as a summer fellow, I provided general support and assistance to the General Counsel in the service of charter schools, maintenance of insurance contracts for schools, performed research in the field of education law, and drafted memorandum on issues concerning charter schools and charter school service providers.

2011 - 2012

Served as a primary hearing officer for student conduct and was responsible for addressing alleged violations of the student code of conduct using an educational and restorative model. Served as a Clery Act officer, participated in hiring committees, and served as a member of a campus-wide violence prevention committee. Worked closely with University Housing on student conduct concerns within residence halls and advised a chapter of a national fraternity.
